Our Mission and Vision
We provide our clients with the highest quality of life that is achievable. We treat every client with utmost respect and dignity, as though we were caring for a member of our own family.
Our Comfort Keepers® are carefully selected, screened, and trained to provide professional, compassionate, individualized care.
We are an extension of the families we are privileged to serve. We will make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and families. We are committed to being the best senior care provider we can possibly be.
Our vision aligns our caregivers to deliver optimal care and to make judgments and decisions that best serve our client families.
Our approach to hiring, making caregiver assignments, and client service is drastically different from the norm. Our goal is to provide relevant information so that our clients will feel confident in the decisions they make. We focus on being caring and informative rather than simply sellers of services.
These are the values we live by every day that make us the market leader in senior care:
- Trust. Clients choose Comfort Keepers because they trust us to hire the right caregivers, make the best assignments to client needs, and always do the right thing.
- Accountability. We are accountable to our clients, because it is they whom we serve. Our clients, and those who refer us, have the exclusive right to judge our performance.
- Absolute honesty. We never promise more than we can deliver. We inform clients of likely outcomes and advise them of any service limitations.
- Resolution of problems. The Comfort Keepers approach is that there is almost always a solution to problems, and it is our job to find that solution and keep our clients happy, safe, and healthy. Anything short of this is a failure and is unacceptable.
